Should I get a Tattoo?
Getting a Tattoo is a HUGE step and a lifetime investment. A tattoo isn't a spur of the moment thing you should get done. Read more about "Things I should consider before getting a Tattoo" here.
In order for an artist to price a tattoo, the artist has to know the answers to the following questions:
- Where on the body do you want the tattoo? Ex: chest, back, neck, ankle, etc/
- What size do you want the total tattoo? Ex: 2 inches, 3 inches, etc.
- Do you want color or black and gray?
- What is the tattoo of EXACTLY?
The answers to these questions determine the price of the tattoo. Also, the artists prefer to quote tattoos in person so that they can be sure that they completely understand what you want. In some cases, tattoos can be quoted over the phone or thru e-mail. Ex: 3- 2 inch Old English letters on the forearm. Each artist quotes their own work. So, if you have a preference on the artist that does your tattoo, you will need to get that particular artist to quote the tattoo for you.
