Jeff opened Artistic Ink in 2002 with the vision of using his intense talent and imagination to influence his clients that tattoos are not only a type of self-expression but a true art form. Jeff's dynamic personality and style, although unusual to this area, compliment his ability to capture the trust and admiration of his clients. As a true artist with a passion for tattooing, he is constantly seeking to improve his technique in an ongoing effort to be the best tattoo artist he can be. He makes a point of giving something new and unique to every tattoo he does.
